- Lift strong, build your foundation.
- Build strength endurance across the whole body.
- Finish with intensity and metabolic drive.
The difference
- Like personal training, without the prices.
- Like a gym membership, without the chaos.
- Like a class, without the timetable.
How it runs
Built to fit your day.
- 30 minutesA complete session, start to finish.
- Guided throughoutA designed session, with coaching when you need it.
- No waitingA new session starts every ten minutes.
- No sharingYour own reserved equipment, so no queuing and no sharing.
People start a few at a time, every ten minutes, and move on zone by zone. Everyone has their own station, so there is no waiting and no sharing.
Why it works
Why GuidedStrengthX is the complete workout.
What one 30-minute session gives you, compared with the two most common ways to train.
GuidedStrengthX is balanced and varied, with a wide range of exercises and angles, so the load is spread evenly across the body. That protects your joints and keeps the risk of injury low.
Who it's for
From your first session to very fit.
Your coach sets the effort to suit you, so the same session works at every fitness level and every level of experience. You start where you are and progress at your own pace.
What's the difference?
Not all strength training is the same.
Powerlifting, bodybuilding and GuidedStrengthX stress the body in different ways.
- GuidedStrengthXWhole-body metabolic stress.Systemic stress drives the results most people are looking for: to look good, feel good and stay healthy.
- BodybuildingLocal metabolic stress.Stress concentrated in a muscle drives maximum muscle growth, but with fewer systemic changes. GuidedStrengthX can be tweaked towards it, but isn't optimised for it.
- PowerliftingStress on the muscle-nerve connection.Maximal muscle fibre recruitment, the link between nerves and muscle, drives maximal strength gains. GuidedStrengthX builds strength too, but isn't optimised only for it.
Endurance athletes benefit too. Strength contributes to every athletic endeavour.
Questions
Good to know.
No. The structure makes training easy to follow, and the effort is relative to you. If you want more help with technique, coaching is available.
Not separately. Strength, heart work and metabolic conditioning are all built into the session.
Yes. Short, hard and well-structured training is more efficient than long sessions, and it is easier to keep up.
Two to four sessions a week suits most people.
